Who I Am

Every client is unique.

Every project is unique.

So, every design is unique.

Each client is important to me. My goal is to give you what you want, but in a way that surpasses your expectations. I want you to be surprised and delighted by what your vision creates. It’s very important to me that as we move through the design and construction process you are fully involved and that you’re comfortable and happy with the designs we create together.

For me, architecture is personal. It’s personal for you and it’s personal for me. When you work with Koskovich Architecture, you’re working with me, Nathan Koskovich.

Working with Nathan was a pleasure! He patiently helped us refine our vision,  added unique creative elements, and designed a striking contemporary sunroom that is well integrated into our traditional 1960's ranch. We are delighted!

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

I grew up in Gwinnett County playing youth sports, taking art classes, and doing relatively well in school. In 1995 I was accepted to the Georgia Institute of Technology where my father wanted me to pursue a career as an Environmental Engineer, but I chose architecture which blends creativity with practicality.

In 1999 I was accepted to the Georgia Tech College of Architecture Paris Program where I spent one year dual enrolled at Georgia Tech and La École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris-La Villette. Upon returning to Georgia I made Atlanta my permanent home and have lived here ever since. I love Atlanta and am thankful that my profession allows me to contribute to the health and well being of its young, dynamic, and growing communities.
